Limelight Studios Logo
This logo was created for Limelight Studios, a new music recording and production studio based in Cabot, Arkansas. The green color is pulled directly from the logo of their sister business, Limelight Performance Academy. Beyond wanting a certain font, the proprietors gave me creative control over the logo. I liked the idea of using an incandescent bulb because it was very reminiscent of the studio’s name, and replaced the filament with a sound wave. Then, I topped it off by adding a pair of headphones to the logo in order to really sell the recording side of things.
All of this was done in Adobe Illustrator.
